Seeing quality health care becoming increasingly out of reach for the educators he oversaw, Cumberland Superintendent Dr. Barry Rose took a leap of faith on Bind Healthcare - foregoing raising insurance premiums and instead increasing salaries. This film explores how his bold move paid off in providing valuable security to his staff as well as embodying how much their wellbeing mattered to him personally.
